Now you see me

Now you see me 2019 is more herbaceous, vegetal and minty, with a hint of raffles, but very positively (!), and then on the palate it's rich, vanilla, umami and soy sauce, you could almost find woody notes if you didn't know it was amphora. Very mineral all the same, but after that the tannins remain persistent and drying, you would want to eat a nice rib-eye with it.
