The Galleries

In 2024, we began cultivating several older vineyards with Grenache Blanc, Grenache Rouge, Mourvèdre, and Carignan. Our approach was mostly to observe how the vines responded to intentional non-intervention. It will take time before these vineyards begin to resemble the Mythopia gardens. However, since all the vineyards lie within the National Park and are surrounded by garrigue vegetation and the lagoon biotope, restoring functional biodiversity should progress relatively quickly.
